Personal data processing notice

Notice provided under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), for subscribers to GentleTech project updates.

2. Change of controller (start-up transition clause)

Users are expressly informed that, as soon as the incorporation of GentleTech S.r.l. is formalised, the ownership of data processing and the newsletter database will be transferred to the newly formed company, which will maintain the same purposes of protection, security and confidentiality described here. Subscribers will be notified of the change of controller by email and will have the right to unsubscribe immediately if they wish.

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

Your data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Sending informative and commercial communications (newsletter): to update you on the progress of the project, the launch of patented products, research related to the Silver Economy, and to reply to your contact requests.

Legal basis: processing is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form.

4. Processing methods and retention

Data is processed by computerised and electronic means, with logic strictly related to the purposes above and, in any case, so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. Data will be kept for a maximum of 24 months from collection or until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe).

5. Data recipients

Data will not be disclosed to commercial third parties. It may be communicated only to third parties that GentleTech S.r.l. uses to provide the service, duly appointed as data processors.

6. Rights of the data subject

At any time, by simply emailing , you can exercise your rights under the GDPR (articles 15-22), including:

  • access your data and request a copy;
  • request rectification or erasure of your data;
  • object to processing or withdraw consent at any time (every email will contain a quick unsubscribe link);
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
